Absolutely! I understand that top-notch design is a considerable investment, especially for small businesses. As the services here range anywhere from $1500 to $25k, I always want to make sure that we are making your branding desires a fully attainable goal. It is preferred that the nonrefundable deposit, which is 50% of the total, be covered in the first payment to us. On our call we can discuss the best arrangements for the remainder but please note that the full balance must be settled before we begin work.

Yes! Simply put, I could build you the most beautiful website in existence but if your photography isn't cohesive and is of low quality, it will kill all effort we've put into it. Bad photos cause mistrust by giving the appearance that you don't care about your brand & that means clients don't covert & products don't sell. If you're going to invest in your brand, let's not cut corners there! Pictures are worth a million words!

Once the website is complete, I will empower you by providing video tutorials on how to manage it & make easy changes. I primarily build on Showit because of the ability to create breathtaking visuals using a drag & drop interface while never touching a code. However, I do offer 8hr VIP days that you can purchase when you need me for more intensive tasks!

I book out anywhere from 1 to 3 months in advance dependent upon availability & workload at that time. This also gives you time to fully satisfy your balance if you opted to take advantage of the payment plan. During the consultation, we will discuss the approximate start date.
